The Route Service Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a team comprising Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to problem solve and handle customer service situations
- Ability to negotiate, train, coach and lead a team
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Office)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 21 years of age
- Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence
- Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Comply with minimum auto insurance requirements if driving personal vehicle for business
