The role of Route Service Manager at UniFirst is designed for a dynamic and driven professional who is passionate about leading teams and fostering customer satisfaction and account growth. This full-time leadership position focuses on managing and developing a dedicated team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives who deliver products to a diverse customer base, ranging from small businesses to major corporate clients. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Ability to problem solve and handle a variety of customer service situations
  • Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team
  • Strong computer proficiency with MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 21 years of age
  • Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence
  • Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Individuals driving personal vehicles must comply with UniFirst’s auto insurance standards

Job Qualifications

  • Business savvy with experience driving profit and customer satisfaction growth
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to lead, train, and coach a team of Route Service Representatives and Supervisors
  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in customer service situations
  • Proficient in MS Office and strong computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
