Job Requirements

  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Be able to work in a fast paced, energetic, physical position
  • Ability to safely drive a company vehicle
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • May be required to ascend/descend stairs at the branch and customer locations
  • Driving or mechanical experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior driving or mechanical experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems
  • Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers
  • Provide on-call emergency service
  • Collect customer payments and consistently follow-up to ensure accounts are current
  • Deliver and pick-up chemicals
  • Build rapport with decision makers
  • Resolve customer concerns
  • Train customers on proper usage of cleaners and sanitizers
  • Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases
