With deep industry expertise, excellence in process management, and a strong dedication to corporate responsibility, USS sets itself apart by offering tangible, best-practice programs that deliver value to clients. The organization’s success is driven by the dedication and collaboration of a diverse team that includes field technicians, customer care representatives, sales professionals, and functional experts. Each team member plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and reliable experience for customers, fostering a workplace culture that values continuous improvement, teamwork, and excellence in all facets of the business.

As a Service Technician at United Site Services, you will operate a company service truck to travel to various locations, servicing, pumping, and cleaning portable restrooms and/or holding tanks. This position is considered the heart of the business, requiring a hands-on approach and a commitment to maintaining the company’s high service standards. The technician will also engage directly with customers on work sites to ensure services meet their expectations and be flexible in managing routes to accommodate changing customer needs. Strategic planning for customer requirements is essential to satisfy both current and future demands. This role demands physical capability to perform duties such as lifting and pushing weights ranging from 50 to 150 pounds frequently during work shifts and performing activities that include sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

The work environment requires adherence to strict safety protocols aligned with USS and DOT standards to ensure no accidents or injuries occur. As a Service Technician, you are a front-line ambassador, representing USS to customers and ensuring efficient service delivery. Your input will be crucial in optimizing routing and operational efficiency by providing feedback to operations management, supervisors, and coordinators. This position offers the opportunity to be part of an industry-leading company that supports and recognizes its employees’ contributions.

United Site Services values its employees by offering a full-time employment status with competitive pay ranging from $18.56 to $25.06 per hour. The total compensation package is complemented by a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement savings plans with employer match, enhancing employee well-being and financial security. Joining USS means becoming part of a company committed to equal opportunity employment, diversity, inclusion, and professional growth. This role requires at least two years of commercial driving experience and a valid driver’s license (commercial or non-commercial) to ensure safe and efficient service operations. The employer fosters a supportive and engaging atmosphere where employees can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the company’s continued success.
