With a strong emphasis on customer partnerships and a commitment to excellence in process management, USS stands as a trusted partner dedicated to ensuring the success of its clients’ endeavors. The company’s foundation is built upon deep industry expertise and a proactive approach toward corporate responsibility. As a company committed to continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence, United Site Services provides an environment where employees can contribute meaningfully to overall business goals while growing professionally. By joining USS, you become part of a culture that values safety, quality service, and ongoing development.

The role of Service Technician at United Site Services is central to the company’s operations and its commitment to customer satisfaction. This position involves operating specialized service trucks to deliver critical site services, such as servicing, pumping, and cleaning portable restrooms and holding tanks at a variety of locations. Their duties include adhering to Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements during truck operation, safely handling the manual labor associated with servicing restrooms—including lifting, pushing, and maneuvering equipment—and utilizing excellent communication skills to address customer needs effectively. Flexibility and adaptability are key traits for success in this role, as technicians must be able to adjust routes and schedules to meet dynamic customer demands.

The position is physically demanding and requires individuals who are capable of performing repetitive movements, lifting significant weights up to 150 pounds, and managing both sedentary and active tasks throughout their work shifts. Service Technicians must also possess strong problem-solving abilities to anticipate and resolve potential issues that arise during service assignments.

United Site Services offers a competitive hourly wage for this full-time position, ranging from $20.42 to $27.57, which reflects geographic location, skills, experience, and certifications. In addition to competitive pay, the company provides a comprehensive benefits package for employees working an average of 30 hours or more per week. Benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, employer-paid disability and life insurance, voluntary life insurance options, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) with employer match, employee assistance programs, and more.

USS is committed to being an equal opportunity employer, promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace free from discrimination. The company also emphasizes compliance with safety standards and legal regulations, ensuring that both employees and customers operate in secure and respectful environments.
