Job Requirements
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
- ability to work independently and efficiently
- ability to work in different types of weather
- ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings
- ability to lift and carry 250+ units per day weighing up to 45 lbs each
- ability to climb in and out of commercial vehicles 40-55 times per day
- ability to work an average 45-hour week or more including variable start/end times
- ability to alternate between sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, and walking all day
- ability to obtain a DOT medical card for employment
- service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
Job Qualifications
- ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement for applicable CDL positions

Job Duties
- provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers
- accelerate growth through upselling
- manage account information accurately
- operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and responsibly
- complete daily DOT required documentation
- adhere to safety policies including prohibition of electronic device use while driving
- report any on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status
- maintain professional image and courteous interaction with customers
- deliver correct products within scheduled timeframes
- maximize efficiencies and suggest actionable solutions
- support team decisions and assist coworkers
- perform professional water dispenser cleaning services according to quality standards
- follow pricing and promotion guidelines
- achieve monthly customer acquisition goals
