The Route Service Delivery Driver role at Primo Brands is a vital position responsible for delivering premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers. This role emphasizes safety, customer satisfaction, and the ability to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) responsibly. The driver will manage account details meticulously, uphold safety standards including adherence to DOT mandates, and contribute to business growth through upselling additional products and services. Scheduled primarily Monday through Friday in Louisville, KY, with variable start times between 6 am and 7 am and occasional Saturday shifts based on business needs, this full-time position offers an annual compensation of $61,160 plus weekly-paid customer tips.

The driver will perform multiple delivery-related tasks such as safely operating the commercial vehicle, maintaining delivery documentation, and providing professional water dispenser cleaning services. Emphasizing a customer-centric attitude, the driver must be courteous, outgoing, and professional, ensuring products are delivered accurately and to the right locations on schedule. The role also requires physical stamina, including lifting heavy loads, climbing in and out of the vehicle repeatedly, and working under various weather conditions. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement for applicable CDL positions
  • service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
  • ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather
  • ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings
  • ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 60 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
  • ability to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without reasonable accommodation
  • ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average 40-55 times per day
  • ability to work an average 45-hour week or more, including variable start/end times
  • ability to obtain a DOT medical card
  • must possess a clean driving record per company standards
  • must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement)
