Job Requirements
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with minimal points or violations in the last three years
- High school degree or equivalent
- Customer service experience with consistent customer contact
- Strong math and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and solve customer concerns quickly
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver a minimum of 25 lbs routinely and occasionally 50+ lbs
- Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching
- Clean driving record
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment

Job Duties
- Safely operate a company step van in designated area to provide products and service to a variety of clients
- Verify daily preventative maintenance of vehicle and maintain proper operator documentation
- Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product
- Load and unload product per company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Review invoices daily for complete and accurate information and make corrections as needed
- Meet sales goals and promote overall route growth to enhance profitability
- Develop leads and prospects, call on prospective customers to solicit business, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts
- Possess a strong understanding of services, policies, and pricing methods and communicate these to customers clearly
- Monitor customer feedback and handle customer issues promptly and courteously
- Take responsibility for personal safety and adhere to all safe work practices and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the activities enumerated above
