Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- valid driver’s license
- ability to obtain and retain a DOT medical card
- successfully able to obtain Chauffeur License if job location is in IN, MI, TN
- ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods as well as perform frequent reaching and use of fingers
- 1-3 years of related experience in Direct Sales Distribution preferred
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, understand highway signs and respond to inquiries
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide vacation relief for Route Sales Professionals and loaders
- assist the Sales Leadership Team in day-to-day operations and issues as needed
- assist with the training of new Route Sales Professionals
- deliver fresh product to existing customers on open routes until new RSPs are trained
- assist with rack resets
- partner with Route Sales Professionals to create alignment in account chains
- manage route operation activities including ordering and distribution, merchandising, promotional activity, holiday planning and meeting customer expectations
- communicate with customers to assist them in understanding promotional activity and delivery expectations
- ensure product distribution meets customer satisfaction and contract terms
- assist customer relations including selling new products and space/position gains
- provide high level of customer service and solve customer issues as they arise
- work location may vary depending on staffing needs
