Route Sales Representatives independently manage their routes by driving FritoLay trucks to various stores, unloading and stocking products, and engaging with store managers to increase sales and optimize product placement. The job involves working in a vibrant and physical environment with schedules that may include weekends, holidays, and variable shifts due to the 24-hour operational nature of the business. Successful candidates will be on their feet for the entire shift and will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction throughout their route.

- have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law

- learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training
