New hires will begin with intensive training lasting four to six weeks, covering driving, selling techniques, and product knowledge to ensure success in the field. The learning process includes running routes alongside experienced team members, experiencing diverse store environments, and establishing connections with customers. Over time, representatives will attain a consistent route schedule, allowing for set days off.

Job Requirements

  • be 21 years of age or older
  • have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
  • be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
