Job Requirements
- Full-time availability including weekdays and weekends between 4 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- Solid work history
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and perform frequent handling activities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Obtain DOT medical card
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and maneuver large racks
- Highly organized and fast-paced
- Reliable and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in merchandising or route sales
- Experience in bread, bakery, or food industry preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with various individuals
- Proven reliability and safety in work history
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Uphold company core values
Job Duties
- Maintain bakery products in assigned stores
- Stock shelves and rotate outdated products
- Face products to ensure attractive presentation
- Maintain neat and orderly appearance of bakery displays
- Drive company vehicle to deliver products
- Load and unload products in company vehicle
- Perform additional duties as assigned
