The role of Route Sales Professional at Bimbo Bakeries USA is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. This position includes a base weekly pay of $476 plus commissions, with an average annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000. The work schedule is designed with Wednesday and Sunday off, offering a balanced work-life dynamic. This job involves merchandising, stocking, and ensuring product freshness at store shelves and displays. Route Sales Professionals use sales data to drive sales by securing new display space and setting up incremental displays. They build strong customer relationships, follow up on new account opportunities, and execute promotions effectively to maximize sales and shelf space. Additionally, the role requires conducting daily route settlements, safely driving company route trucks, and maintaining all necessary documentation and deposits on time.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card
- successfully able to obtain Chauffeur License if job location is in IN, MI, TN
- ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods as well as perform frequent reaching and use of fingers
- 1-3 years of related experience in DSD (Direct Sales Distribution) is preferred
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, understand highway signs, respond to inquiries, and complete reports

Job Duties
- Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays
- drive sales by securing new display space and setting up incremental displays
- follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships while ensuring the execution of promotions
- introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space
- conduct daily route settlement procedures to account for all products, invoices, and cash while maintaining proper inventory counts
- safely drive the company route truck and complete DOT daily logs
- submit required documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time
