In the role of Route Sales Professional, associates are responsible for merchandising and stocking products while ensuring proper product rotation and freshness. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a Department of Transportation medical card
  • Successfully able to obtain Chauffeur License if job location is in IN MI TN
  • Ability to climb push pull bend stoop and kneel for extended periods and perform frequent reaching and use of fingers
  • 1-3 years of related experience in Direct Sales Distribution preferred
  • Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public understand highway traffic signs respond to official inquiries and make entries on reports and records

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a Department of Transportation medical card
  • 1-3 years of related experience in Direct Sales Distribution preferred
  • Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to interact with customers and complete required reports
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including climbing, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, kneeling, and frequent reaching and finger use
  • Successful acquisition of Chauffeur License if job location requires it

Job Duties

  • Merchandise stock and rotate products on store shelves and displays to ensure freshness and quality
  • Drive sales by securing new display space and setting up incremental displays using sales data
  • Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships while ensuring promotions execution
  • Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing and new accounts
  • Conduct daily route settlement procedures, including product, invoice, and cash reconciliation and inventory counts
  • Safely drive company route truck and complete Department of Transportation daily logs
  • Submit required documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time
