Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a Department of Transportation medical card
- Successfully able to obtain Chauffeur License if job location is in IN MI TN
- Ability to climb push pull bend stoop and kneel for extended periods and perform frequent reaching and use of fingers
- 1-3 years of related experience in Direct Sales Distribution preferred
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public understand highway traffic signs respond to official inquiries and make entries on reports and records
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Ability to acquire and maintain a Department of Transportation medical card
- 1-3 years of related experience in Direct Sales Distribution preferred
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to interact with customers and complete required reports
- Physical ability to perform job duties including climbing, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, kneeling, and frequent reaching and finger use
- Successful acquisition of Chauffeur License if job location requires it
Job Duties
- Merchandise stock and rotate products on store shelves and displays to ensure freshness and quality
- Drive sales by securing new display space and setting up incremental displays using sales data
- Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships while ensuring promotions execution
- Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing and new accounts
- Conduct daily route settlement procedures, including product, invoice, and cash reconciliation and inventory counts
- Safely drive company route truck and complete Department of Transportation daily logs
- Submit required documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time
