Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a Department of Transportation medical card
- Successfully able to obtain chauffer license if job location is in IN MI or TN
- Ability to climb push pull bend stoop and kneel for extended periods as well as perform frequent reaching and use of fingers
- 1-3 years of related experience in direct sales distribution preferred
- Consistent with United States Department of Transportation regulations ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public understand highway signs respond to inquiries and make entries on reports and records

Job Duties
- Merchandise stock and ensure proper product rotation on store shelves and displays to guarantee freshness and quality
- Drive sales by securing new display space setting up incremental displays and using sales data to inform store-level strategies
- Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships while ensuring the execution of promotions
- Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts and during pursuit of new customers
- Conduct daily route settlement procedures accounting for products invoices cash and maintaining proper inventory counts
- Safely drive the company route truck and complete Department of Transportation daily logs
- Submit required documentation paperwork and deposits on time
