- high school diploma or G.E.D
- 1-2 years of experience in public contact roles
- valid driver's license
- ability to obtain DOT certification
- ability to lift 75lb repeatedly
- ability to load and offload items
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to communicate effectively
- proficiency or trainability in sales
- acceptable driving record
- strong organizational and time management skills

- high school diploma or G.E.D
- valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT certification
- ability to load and offload transported items
- ability to lift 75lb repeatedly
- ability to communicate efficiently with clients and staff
- ability to respond quickly to changing demands
- proficiency or trainability in selling products
- good interpersonal and customer service skills
- acceptable driving record per CMV policy
- strong client interaction and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Meet sales expectations and promote overall route growth
- assist in driving route growth and meeting sales expectations by delivering and stocking clients with products
- find opportunities to solicit new business and increase revenue through selling new items and obtaining new accounts
- establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and provide outstanding customer service
- focus on account retention and act as primary responder to customer issues
- ensure safe loading and unloading and proper stocking and equipment maintenance
- operate company vehicles safely and follow rules of the road
