Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or G.E.D
  • 1-2 years of experience in public contact roles
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to obtain DOT certification
  • ability to lift 75lb repeatedly
  • ability to load and offload items
  • good interpersonal skills
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • proficiency or trainability in sales
  • acceptable driving record
  • strong organizational and time management skills

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a position requiring heavy public contact
  • high school diploma or G.E.D
  • valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT certification
  • ability to load and offload transported items
  • ability to lift 75lb repeatedly
  • ability to communicate efficiently with clients and staff
  • ability to respond quickly to changing demands
  • proficiency or trainability in selling products
  • good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • acceptable driving record per CMV policy
  • strong client interaction and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Meet sales expectations and promote overall route growth
  • assist in driving route growth and meeting sales expectations by delivering and stocking clients with products
  • find opportunities to solicit new business and increase revenue through selling new items and obtaining new accounts
  • establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and provide outstanding customer service
  • focus on account retention and act as primary responder to customer issues
  • ensure safe loading and unloading and proper stocking and equipment maintenance
  • operate company vehicles safely and follow rules of the road
