Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in a driving or delivery role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including on call or as needed basis
- Basic computer literacy
- Knowledge of smartphone applications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Physical capability to meet job demands
- Willingness to comply with safety protocols and wear required PPE
Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills
- Ability to complete scheduled assignments and provide advanced notice for unavailable dates
- Excellent driving record
- Availability on call or as needed basis
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of basic smartphone functions including calls, texts, emails, maps, and directions
- Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment when required
Job Duties
- Proper inspection and documentation of assigned vehicle prior to each trip
- Fueling assigned vehicle before and/or after each trip to maintain a full gas tank
- Confirm proper paperwork in rented vehicles
- Assist driver coordinator in scheduled preventative maintenance and appearance of company owned and rented vehicles
- Report any vehicle issues such as service lights, low or worn tires, exterior or interior damage
- Confirm vehicle and trip accuracy with driver coordinator
- Ensure comfort and safety of passengers by attending to special requests
- Contact passengers prior to pick up to confirm location and assist with loading/unloading luggage
- Assist with scheduled driving tours as needed by the event coordinator including guiding passengers, taking photos, and performing roll calls
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and privacy
- Comply with client confidentiality agreement
