Mission Linen Supply is a well-established, family-owned, and privately held company that has been in operation since its founding in 1930. Headquartered in Santa Barbara, the company has expanded from a small one-man operation to a significant player in the linen rental and uniform supply industry, servicing hospitality, medical, and industrial businesses across five western states. Mission Linen Supply is known for its commitment to understanding and anticipating customer needs while providing environmentally friendly products and services. The company values diversity and inclusion and is an Equal Opportunity Employer, Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) participant, VEVRAA Protected Veterans employer, Federal Contractor, and employer of workers with disabilities. They also offer assistance for workers with disabilities who need help applying for jobs.

The Route Relief Driver position at Mission Linen Supply plays a critical role in the company’s operations. This role requires an individual who is highly motivated, sales-oriented, and capable of managing delivery routes in their community effectively. The position offers a starting pay of $26 per hour, with the potential to earn an annual compensation exceeding $80,000 once a route is assigned, as pay is commission-based and linked to sales success. This full-time role involves both driving duties and active sales responsibilities, requiring the candidate to balance logistical tasks with service and sales efforts. The company provides comprehensive benefits, including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), a retirement savings program, and paid time off including sick, holiday, and vacation days.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the road, possess strong customer service and sales skills, and are comfortable managing the physical demands of loading and unloading up to 50-pound linen bags. The role also demands organizational skills to keep accurate delivery and inventory records and a professional demeanor in representing Mission Linen Supply in the field.
