Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
- At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
- Computer proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently
- Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Build and maintain partnerships with grocery store managers to sell the best brands in the bakery industry
- Support the execution of the DSDE best practices by training, onboarding and developing Route Sales Professionals and Independent Business Partners
- Leverage data and technology to develop and execute sales plans and win as a team in the marketplace
