This role requires a proactive and strategic leader who can champion the company’s best practices, especially within the Direct Store Delivery Executive (DSDE) framework, by effectively training, onboarding, and developing Route Sales Professionals and Independent Business Partners.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
  • At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
  • Computer proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to read and speak English sufficiently
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card

Job Qualifications
