These responsibilities include delivering goods promptly and accurately, performing itemized inventory checks, managing bi-weekly customer inventory and orders, and completing merchandising resets in stores. In addition, the role requires educating customer employees on product knowledge and service techniques such as slicing and product pairings. The position also involves adhering to truck maintenance schedules to ensure reliable transportation, as well as undertaking special projects and Go-Spot-Check assignments as needed.

This role requires flexibility in scheduling, with occasional weekend work to meet customer demands and ensure timely deliveries. The work environment can be physically demanding, as it includes standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying heavy objects up to 50 pounds, and operating in refrigerated and freezer settings. To support employees, the company provides training and certifications, including product knowledge, ServSafe certification, deli operations, DOT compliance, and safe driver training.
