With a workforce of approximately 18,000 associates, Airgas emphasizes a culture rooted in safety, sustainability, customer success, and continuous innovation. The company empowers its employees to share ideas, take initiative, and make impactful decisions. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift experience, and touch freight delivery experience, which enhance the candidate’s ability to succeed in this role.

Airgas provides its employees with a robust benefits package, featuring medical, dental, and vision insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program. Additional benefits include pre-tax commuter transportation, paid parental leave, vacation, sick time, floating holidays, jury duty and bereavement leave, paid holidays, and a 401k plan with company matching funds. Moreover, Airgas supports education through tuition reimbursement, discounted college tuition for eligible dependents, and an Airgas Scholarship Program for children of employees.

At Airgas, diversity and inclusion are deeply valued. The company actively fosters a diverse workplace that embraces a variety of cultures, perspectives, and backgrounds, believing that these differences enhance innovation and collective success.
