The Route Driver - Micro Market position at Canteen is a full-time role based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, at their site located at 7350 William Avenue. This role is fundamental to the company’s operations as it involves servicing micro market locations along an assigned route. The Route Driver is responsible for delivering products, restocking micro market items, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The scheduled working days are Thursday through Monday, with hours varying based on operational needs and further details discussed during the interview process. The hourly pay rate for this position is $25.00, with potential commission eligibility and an internal employee referral bonus.

A typical day for the Route Driver includes driving a company vehicle to multiple micro market locations, performing inventory management, cleaning and maintaining micro market equipment, setting up sales promotion displays, and building strong client relationships.
