Job Requirements
- Load truck and lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
- Push and pull up to 300 lbs with a four-wheel dolly
- Comfortable working in warehouse temperatures of 38-70 degrees Fahrenheit
- Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions
- Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, and reaching required
- Thrive in a fast-paced, nighttime work environment
- Pass DOT physical, drug screen, physical/lifting assessment, criminal background check, and have a clean driving record with minimal accidents or tickets in the past 3 years and no DUIs in the past 5 years
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license in state of residence
- Proficient in English spoken and written
- Experience operating box trucks preferred
- Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible overnight hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Deliver fresh food products safely and on time to convenience stores along assigned routes
- Verify, load, and unload trucks with fresh food products
- Navigate routes efficiently using written and GPS directions
- Operate electronic tablets to record deliveries and complete store check-ins
- Collect empty trays from stores and manage tray logistics
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document any issues
- Maintain truck cleanliness and report vehicle issues promptly
- Work in warehouse environments to verify order counts and complete paperwork
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Complete DOT logs and required delivery documentation accurately
- Support team objectives by performing additional duties as assigned
