Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Med Card with Airbrake and HAZMAT endorsements
  • Able to lift 80 lbs and maneuver drums over 400 lbs using proper tools
  • Valid motor vehicle record meeting company standards including no excessive speeding or DUI infractions
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats
  • Must pass pre-employment physical including drug and alcohol screening
  • Comfortable working in various environments requiring standing, walking, bending, squatting, and climbing
  • Commitment to following all corporate policies including environmental, health, safety, and human resources guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Route sales experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage and grow assigned territory by building strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintain parts-washing equipment and handle scheduled waste drum pickups
  • Identify sales opportunities and recommend services to boost earnings through performance
  • Plan efficient routes, operate commercial vehicles safely, and represent the company professionally
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and maintain compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
  • Promote safe work behaviors consistent with company safety guidelines
