Route Driver (Base Pay + Commission)

This opportunity is for the position of Route Driver at Sodexo’s INREACH ATLANTA, ROSWELL location. This is a full-time role offering a competitive pay range of $17 to $22 per hour, combining a base pay with commission incentives. The position works primarily during weekday morning shifts, with additional scheduling details to be provided during the interview process. As a Route Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery and stocking of products within Sodexo’s vending, self-checkout, or office coffee service channels. This role demands a balance of excellent customer service skills, safety-awareness, and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving a vehicle that qualifies under the Motor Carrier Act exemption from overtime pay, delivering product orders to customers to maintain continuous supply, and making sure customer areas such as vending machines, markets, or coffee service stations are fully stocked and meet quality standards. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork are essential, as is the flexibility to perform tasks that may vary based on client needs and business priorities.
