Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- valid driver’s license
- clean driving record
- reliable transportation
- meet all DOT requirements including physical exam
- high school diploma, GED, or military service
- strong customer service skills
- prior relevant experience preferred
- comfortable with new technology
- physical capability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs
- able to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
- high school diploma, GED, or military service
- strong customer service skills
- prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery roles
- tech-savvy with ability to learn new technologies
- physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for long periods
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Develop proficiency across multiple routes
- deliver garments and product to customers
- provide excellent customer service
- resolve customer requests independently
- manage invoices and conduct inventory audits
- maintain vehicle safety and appearance
- follow traffic laws and company safety policies
- collaborate with service and management teams
- support new account installations
- assist RSRs on routes
- contribute to rerouting and collections
- upsell and strengthen customer relationships
- communicate customer feedback and competitor activity
