Job Description

Cozzini Bros. is America's leading knife rental and sharpening service, trusted by more than 100,000 restaurants and commercial kitchens across the United States. Since its founding as a family business in Chicago in 1905, Cozzini Bros. has grown into the premier solution for enhancing the quality, safety, and consistency of kitchen operations nationwide. Specializing in the delivery and exchange of Cozzini-engineered knives and blades every two weeks, the company ensures kitchens remain sharp, efficient, and ready to produce top-quality food. With six core values driving the business — Safety, Service, Trust, Team, Continuous Improvement, and Integrity — Cozzini Bros. combines tradition with innovation to maintain its cutting edge in the world of knife rental and sharpness services.

The role of Route Driver in Buffalo, NY, offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals seeking stable, reliable employment with a focus on work-life balance. This position involves operating small sprinter or transit vans to deliver and exchange kitchen cutlery, blades, and other food-service equipment for national and local restaurants, food service providers, and grocery customers. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday with 10-hour shifts, granting employees the benefit of three-day weekends every week. Routes require light-duty deliveries with no need for a commercial driver's license (CDL), making this a unique opportunity for those looking for a steady, rewarding driving job without heavy vehicle operation.

Employees in this role will play a crucial part in maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with our diverse customer base by providing timely and professional service. The job also involves collecting payments, using handheld devices for order tracking, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles, and managing light physical tasks such as loading and unloading deliveries. Cozzini Bros. offers competitive pay with incentive opportunities, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with short and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan with company matches, paid holidays, and vacation time. This is an excellent chance to become part of a supportive team environment within a growing company that embraces employee growth and values each team member's contribution. If you enjoy a fast-paced work atmosphere, have a strong commitment to customer service, and want to be part of an industry-leading business with a rich heritage, this Route Driver position is an opportunity not to be missed.
