The company is currently seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is vital for maintaining operational excellence, providing seamless service coverage when Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are unavailable. As a Route Coverage Specialist, you will develop proficiency across multiple routes, learning customer-specific details and ensuring consistent delivery of clean garments, flat goods, and other products. This position is suited for proactive, adaptable individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment with variety and autonomy.

In this role, you will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading products while collecting used garments for return. Your ability to provide excellent customer service will be crucial to maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Problem-solving skills are essential, as you will independently resolve customer requests and collaborate with the Service and Management Teams to support new account installations, rerouting efforts, and collections. The opportunity to upsell and contribute to customer retention is also a valued aspect of this position.

Operational excellence is emphasized through accurate invoice management, inventory audits, and maintaining vehicle safety and appearance.
