Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- reliable transportation
- meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements including physical exam
- high school diploma, GED, or military service
- ability to work independently and maintain a team-oriented mindset
- excellent customer service skills
- prior experience in route sales, delivery, or customer service preferred
- ability to use technology
- physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods

- DOT compliance including physical exam
- strong customer service skills
- relevant experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery roles is a plus
- tech-savvy and comfortable using new technologies
- physical stamina to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
Job Duties
- Develop proficiency across multiple routes
- deliver garments and product to customers
- provide excellent customer service
- problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction
- operational excellence including managing invoices and inventory audits
- adhere to all safety standards and traffic laws
- collaborate with Service and Management Teams to support route and customer needs
- communicate customer feedback and market insights effectively
