As a Route Coverage Specialist at UniFirst, you are stepping into a vital role that ensures uninterrupted service continuity for our valued clients. This position requires flexibility, agility, and a proactive mindset, as you will be called upon to cover various delivery routes when the regular Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are unavailable. Your daily responsibilities will include safely managing the transportation of garments, flat goods, and other products to customers, as well as handling the collection of used or soiled items for timely return processing. Maintaining high standards of customer service is essential, as your interactions directly influence customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also engage in problem-solving activities independently, addressing unique challenges and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
