The company boasts a diverse lineup of billion-dollar brands, including Poland Spring and Pure Life, premium labels such as Saratoga and Mountain Valley, as well as other regional favorites like Arrowhead, Deer Park, Ice Mountain, Ozarka, and Zephyrhills. In addition to purified and flavored water brands, Primo Brands offers an innovative range of direct-to-consumer water dispensers that foster recurring purchases through their Water Direct, Water Exchange, and Water Refill services.
Located in Augusta, this opportunity provides a work schedule from Monday to Friday with a flexible start time between 6:00 and 6:30 am, reflecting the company's efforts to support work-life balance. The role offers a competitive annual salary of $61,160 for CDL holders and $56,160 for non-CDL holders, paid bi-weekly, with additional gratuity and incentives to reward performance. A sign-on bonus of $3,000 is also included to welcome new associates.
The role being offered is for a Commercial Delivery Driver. This person will be entrusted with ensuring the safe operation of commercial vehicles while managing a robust customer route averaging 50 or more stops per day. The position requires proficiency with an application-based handheld system for transaction processing and customer data management. Equally important is the responsibility for managing inventory efficiently and balancing daily route activities to maintain optimal service levels.
Beyond the operational tasks, the Commercial Delivery Driver will be instrumental in nurturing customer relationships by completing service calls and resolving issues proactively, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role also involves protecting company assets, including the responsible collection of payments and equipment from customers. There is a strong emphasis on identifying opportunities to expand the customer base and upsell current products to encourage route growth.
Candidates must meet federal DOT physical requirements and be ready to adhere strictly to Primo Brands' Motor Vehicle Policy. The job demands physical stamina to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 60 lbs and the agility to climb stairs as needed. Travel may occasionally be required depending on company needs.
Primo Brands upholds a respectful, inclusive culture that values its more than 11,000 associates. The company is committed to environmental sustainability, community involvement, and the long-term well-being of their consumers. They are an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer, embracing diversity across all aspects of employment without discrimination. They also support candidates with criminal histories in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
Excellent English language skills are essential for this role to ensure effective communication and exceptional customer service. The company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices, encouraging open dialogue about salary and benefits during the hiring process.
In summary, this position at Primo Brands offers a stable career opportunity with excellent compensation, rich benefits, and the chance to contribute to a company that values sustainability, quality, and community. It is ideal for candidates who are safety-conscious, customer-focused, and eager to grow professionally within a supportive organizational culture.
