OLM Food Solutions is currently seeking full-time CDL-A drivers to join their dynamic transportation team. Drivers receive $35 daily per diems when on the road, typically spending two to three nights away from home, and have access to automatic, late-model Freightliner day cabs and sleeper trucks, ensuring comfort and reliability on every route.
In this critical role, CDL-A drivers are responsible for transporting food and food-related products following predetermined routes in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations. They are the visible faces of OLM Food Solutions to customers, demonstrating professionalism and building lasting relationships at every delivery. The role requires the safe loading, unloading, and securing of freight, meticulous completion of shipping documentation, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Drivers also perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain daily hours of service logs, and ensure their vehicles meet company safety standards. Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- 6+ months commercial driving experience
- Valid CDL-A license must be 21+ years of age
- Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements where applicable
- Clean motor vehicle report for past 3 years
- Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
- Pass road test
- Attain or have valid current DOT Health Card or be able to secure new DOT Health Card
- Able to hand-lift and utilize equipment such as two-wheeler and liftgate to move and stack product cases of varying sizes and weights
Job Qualifications

- Experience with onboard computer and electronic log systems such as PeopleNet preferred
- Customer service-related work experience preferred
Job Duties
- Perform all required safety checks including pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation regulations
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies
- Report immediately all safety hazards and inspect trailer for properly loaded and secured freight
- Perform count check of items and check customer invoices for loaded products
- Move tractor to loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed
- Drive to and deliver customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule and unload products into designated customer storage areas
- Perform damage control checks on items, scan, contact supervisor about removing orders and verify delivery of items with customer obtaining proper signatures
