The company also provides robust retirement and investment options such as a 401K plan with a 5% match and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Insurance benefits extend beyond health, covering life insurance, disability, critical illness, accident insurance, and dependent coverage. Additional perks include employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and holidays, and support for life events like adoption or foster care. This holistic benefits program reflects Primo Brands’ dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.
