Job Requirements
- CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement for applicable positions
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- ability to operate commercial motor vehicle safely and follow DOT regulations
- physical capability to perform strenuous activity including heavy lifting and frequent vehicle entry/exit
- must have a clean driving record with specified limitations
- ability to obtain DOT medical card
- ability to work extended hours with flexible start/end times
- must be 21 years of age or older
- strong English communication skills for customer interaction
- willing to work in various weather conditions independently
Job Qualifications
- Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- strong face-to-face sales skills
- service-oriented with ability to work independently and efficiently
- ability to interact effectively with customers in various settings
- physical ability to lift and carry 250+ units per day weighing up to 45 lbs each
- ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40-55 times per day
- ability to work 45+ hour weeks with variable start and end times
- ability to alternate sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, and walking throughout the day
- ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- possession of a clean driving record as per company standards
- must be 21 years or older
Job Duties
- Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner and complete DOT documentation daily
- adhere to safety policies including no electronic device use while driving and report incidents
- provide courteous and professional service maintaining a positive image
- deliver correct products to customers within scheduled times
- manage delivery and account information accurately including cash and receipts
- identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and communicate solutions to leadership
- sell additional products and services adhering to pricing and promotion guidelines
- perform professional water dispenser cleaning services following quality standards
