Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- must have a clean driving record as defined
- ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- willingness to work Monday - Friday and Saturdays as needed
- proficiency in English for customer communication
- ability to work in different types of weather
- able to use product handling tools
- ability to follow safety policies and procedures
- ability to meet physical demands of the job including lifting and climbing
Job Qualifications
- Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- strong face-to-face sales skills
- ability to work independently and efficiently
- ability to interact effectively with customers in various settings
- ability to lift and carry 250+ units daily weighing up to 45 lbs
- ability to climb in/out of commercial vehicle 40-55 times per day
- ability to work a 45-hour week or more with variable start/end times
- ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull, and walk all day
Job Duties
- Provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers
- accelerate growth through upselling
- manage account information including cash and receipts
- operate commercial motor vehicle safely and complete DOT required documentation
- follow company safety policies including no use of electronic devices while driving
- deliver products accurately to customer locations within scheduled timeframe
- provide professional water dispenser cleaning services adhering to quality standards
- support team by assisting with decisions and collaborating
- maximize efficiencies and suggest actionable solutions to leadership
