The company’s portfolio includes billion-dollar brands like Poland Spring and Pure Life, premium brands such as Saratoga and Mountain Valley, regional leaders including Arrowhead, Deer Park, Ice Mountain, Ozarka, and Zephyrhills, as well as refreshed brands like Primo Brands and Sparkletts, and flavored and enhanced beverages like Splash and AC+ION. Primo Brands also leads with a direct-to-consumer approach featuring innovative water dispensers and recurring purchase programs across Water Direct, Water Exchange, and Water Refill.
Primo Brands operates with over 11,000 associates who are central to delivering its mission of providing healthy hydration options to consumers wherever and whenever they want them. The company fosters a respectful and inclusive culture that values its employees, community engagement, and sustainable packaging and water source practices to benefit future generations. Primo Brands is also committed to equal employment opportunities and maintains a welcoming, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
The company is currently seeking a Route Service Delivery Driver to join their team in Lakeside, CA. This role is full-time, with a competitive hourly pay rate of $25.60 plus customer tips, and a Monday through Friday schedule, with potential Saturday shifts depending on business needs. The start time ranges between 6 am and 7 am, continuing until all delivery workload is completed.
The Route Service Delivery Driver at Primo Brands plays a vital role in ensuring premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail clients. The position requires a high level of interactivity and responsibility, including safe operation of a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV). Drivers are expected to provide exceptional service by delivering to customer specifications and timeframes, maintaining accurate account information including cash and receipts, and supporting upselling efforts to help grow the business. Additionally, they must follow strict safety standards such as daily Department of Transportation (DOT) documentation and prohibitions on electronic device use while driving.
In addition to driving responsibilities, the role involves proactive problem solving, teamwork, and professional water dispenser cleaning services according to quality standards. Drivers must demonstrate courtesy, professionalism, and adaptability to various weather conditions. They should efficiently handle physical requirements such as lifting and carrying upwards of 250 beverage units daily, each weighing up to 45 pounds, often climbing in and out of the vehicle multiple times per day.
Primo Brands supports its drivers with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts, a 401K with company match, employee stock purchase plans, life and disability insurance options, and many more perks including paid time off, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, and family leave policies. Overall, this role offers a meaningful opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service, safety, and the beverage industry to join a leading company with strong values and growth potential.
