The Route Service Delivery Driver position at Primo Brands is a vital role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse client base that includes residential, commercial, and retail customers. This role plays an important part in accelerating business growth through upselling and managing account information accurately. A key aspect of this role is the safe operation of a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV), which requires adherence to strict safety protocols and daily compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) documentation requirements. The position is based in Chicago, IL, offering a competitive compensation rate starting at $25.00 per hour during the training period. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with possible Saturdays depending on business needs, and the start time ranges between 6 am and 7 am until the workload is completed.

The Route Service Delivery Driver will be expected to represent Primo Brands professionally and maintain a courteous and outgoing demeanor while servicing customers. Drivers must deliver the correct products to the designated locations according to schedule and manage delivery information, including cash and receipts. Opportunities to improve efficiency and contribute solutions to leadership are encouraged. Teamwork is essential, with drivers expected to support their colleagues and help when needed. The role also includes providing professional water dispenser cleaning services following strict quality protocols.

From a sales perspective, drivers are expected to adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines, upsell additional products and services, and interact effectively with customers to enhance their overall experience. Candidates for this position must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be capable of obtaining or holding a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement if applicable, and demonstrate strong service and sales skills. Physical demands include lifting and carrying a significant volume of product units daily, climbing in and out of the commercial vehicle numerous times, and working variable hours and weather conditions. A clean driving record, ability to obtain a DOT medical card, and proficiency in English are also mandatory to ensure safety and effective communication.
