Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
- ability to work independently and efficiently in varying weather conditions
- ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs
- ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40-55 times per day
- ability to work an average 45-hour week or more with variable start and end times
- ability to sit, stand, push, pull, and walk all day
- ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- must have a clean driving record with no major driving offenses in the past 3 years
- must be 21 years of age or older
- proficiency in English for effective communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions)
- service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
- ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather
- ability to interact effectively with customers in various settings
- strong English language skills for communication
Job Duties
- Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, follow defined safe work practices, and complete DOT required documentation on a daily basis
- adhere to safety policies including prohibited use of electronic devices while driving and reporting any on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status
- be courteous, outgoing and maintain a professional image
- deliver the correct products to the right location during scheduled times
- maintain delivery information on all accounts including cash and receipts
- identify opportunities to maximize efficiencies and provide actionable solutions to leadership
- support team members and assist when needed
- provide professional water dispenser cleaning services while adhering to quality processes
- adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines
- upsell additional products and services
