The Route Service Delivery Driver role at Primo Brands is a dynamic and customer-focused position based in Kent, WA. This role involves delivering premium service to residential, commercial, and retail customers while promoting company growth through upselling and efficient account management. Importantly, the role requires safe operation of a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) and adherence to strict safety protocols. Drivers will work Monday through Friday with hours starting between 6 am and 7 am and continuing until the daily workload is completed, with some Saturdays depending on business needs. Compensation is competitive, offering $30 per hour for drivers with a CDL and $28 per hour without.

This position demands a proactive service orientation where professionalism, courtesy, and customer engagement are paramount. Route Service Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering the correct products at the scheduled times, maintaining accurate delivery records, and providing water dispenser cleaning services according to stringent quality standards. Additional responsibilities include maximizing route efficiencies, supporting team decisions, and adhering to company pricing, promotion, and safety policies. The role also presents opportunities to achieve monthly customer acquisition goals through upselling additional products and services.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • valid CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement for applicable roles
  • ability to obtain and maintain DOT medical certification
  • clean driving record with minimal violations
  • ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs
  • physically capable to perform job duties including climbing in and out of vehicle
  • at least 21 years of age
  • proficiency in English language
  • ability to work Monday to Friday with potential Saturdays
  • capability to work independently and in different weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement for applicable positions
