Known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Hillyard has built a solid reputation within the operations and cleaning industries. The company places a great emphasis on its people, fostering a team-oriented culture that values reliability, accountability, and continuous service excellence. As a stable organization with a long track record of success, Hillyard offers its employees the opportunity to grow and build lasting careers in a supportive work environment. The company is dedicated to providing competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits to attract dependable and skilled professionals.

We are currently seeking a Route Delivery Driver to join our Operations team in Lexington, KY. Ideal candidates should be dependable, punctual, and motivated to work independently on assigned routes. As a Route Delivery Driver, you will operate commercial delivery vehicles and manage loading and unloading processes using material-handling equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with the benefit of being home every night, which supports a healthy work-life balance.

This role also requires excellent customer service skills and good communication, as drivers act as the primary point of contact during deliveries and must relay customer feedback internally. A significant aspect of the job is maintaining load safety and integrity while ensuring that deliveries are completed accurately and on time. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, initiative, and ownership of their route responsibilities, with the ability to make sound decisions and manage their workday effectively. Basic computer skills, including email proficiency, are necessary for communication and record-keeping within the company. Hillyard values employees who take pride in representing the company professionally at customer locations and who share a commitment to safety and quality service.

Overall, the Route Delivery Driver position offers an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working independently, thrive in a customer-facing role, and want to be part of a respected company with a solid foundation in the cleaning industry. This job also includes competitive pay, a bonus program, paid holidays and paid time off, as well as access to medical, dental, and vision benefits, alongside an industry-leading 401(k) and profit-sharing plan. Joining Hillyard means becoming part of a successful team that values employee contributions and offers a pathway for personal and professional development in a steady and rewarding employment setting.
