The Route Service Delivery Driver position at Primo Brands is a dynamic and customer-facing role based in Elmsford, NY. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers within a defined route. The driver is responsible not only for delivering products but also for accelerating growth by upselling additional products and services to existing customers. This role requires the safe operation of a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV), adherence to strict safety protocols, and diligent management of account information including cash and receipts.

The ideal candidate will work Monday through Friday, with the possibility of Saturdays depending on business needs, starting early in the morning between 6 am and 7 am until the workload is completed. Compensation for this position is competitive, with a salary of $72,392 per year plus customer tips. The driver is expected to maintain a professional image, interact effectively with customers, provide water dispenser cleaning services, and always seek opportunities to improve route efficiency and customer satisfaction. Safety remains paramount, with strict adherence to company safety policies, DOT regulations, and licensing requirements.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and must either possess or be able to obtain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement. Primo Brands supports candidates in acquiring their CDL where available. The position requires physical stamina to lift and carry heavy units daily and to climb in and out of vehicles frequently. Candidates must possess a clean driving record, be at least 21 years old, and be able to obtain a DOT medical card. Proficiency in English is essential for communication and providing excellent customer service. Job Duties
