Job Requirements
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- ability to obtain and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
- must be 21 years of age or older
- ability to lift and carry 250+ units per day up to 45 lbs
- ability to climb in and out of commercial vehicles 40-55 times per day
- ability to work an average 45-hour week or more including variable start/end times
- ability to sit, stand, push, pull and walk throughout the day
- must obtain a DOT medical card
- must have a clean driving record compliant with company standards
- ability to work in various weather conditions
- strong English language skills for effective communication
Job Qualifications

- ability to secure or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
- service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
- ability to work independently and efficiently in different weather conditions
- ability to effectively interact with customers in various settings
- physical ability to lift and carry 250+ units daily up to 45 lbs each
- ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40-55 times daily
- ability to work an average 45-hour week or more including variable start/end times
- ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull and walk all day
- must be able to obtain a DOT medical card
- must have a clean driving record
- must be 21 years of age or older
Job Duties
- operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
- follow defined safe work practices and complete DOT required documentation daily
- adhere to safety policies including prohibited use of electronic devices while driving
- report any on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status
- be courteous, outgoing and maintain a professional image
- deliver correct products to the right location during scheduled timeframes
- maintain necessary delivery information on accounts including cash and receipts
- find opportunities to maximize efficiencies and bring actionable solutions to leadership
- support the team by assisting with decisions and helping others
- provide professional water dispenser cleaning services adhering to quality processes
- adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines
- upsell additional products and services to existing customers
- achieve monthly customer acquisition goals
