With around 18,000 dedicated associates, Airgas holds a prominent position as one of the largest U.S. suppliers of safety products and a leader in ammonia and process chemicals. The company values a culture that fosters safety, customer success, sustainability, and innovation, empowering its employees to share ideas, take initiative, and make impactful decisions. Being a subsidiary of Air Liquide, a global leader present in 60 countries with approximately 66,500 employees, Airgas benefits from a vast network committed to delivering excellent products and services to over four million customers and patients worldwide.

The role of Route Delivery Driver based in Orlando, FL, is vital to Airgas's operational success. This position is classified as a full-time opportunity that offers a stable and predictable Monday-Friday schedule, with a 6 am start time to maintain consistent delivery rhythms. A significant benefit of this role includes the driver's ability to be home daily, fostering work-life balance, alongside a referral bonus of $500 for successful candidate recommendations. Airgas also prioritizes employee well-being, offering a comprehensive benefits package after just 30 days of employment. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as life, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), and disability insurance.

The Route Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of compressed gas cylinders and supplies to local and regional customers from Airgas's branch or plant locations using a company-provided CDL B vehicle.
