With a vast and iconic portfolio of widely recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged beverages, Primo Brands has successfully established a presence in over 150,000 retail outlets across the continent. The company’s product range includes billion-dollar brands such as Poland Spring and Pure Life, premium offerings like Saratoga and Mountain Valley, and regional leaders including Arrowhead, Deer Park, Ice Mountain, Ozarka, and Zephyrhills. Additionally, Primo brands encompass purified water products such as Primo Water and Sparkletts, as well as flavored and enhanced options like Splash and AC+ION. Alongside their product diversity, Primo Brands pioneers innovative water dispensers and direct-to-consumer solutions that drive consumer engagement through recurring purchases from Water Direct, Water Exchange, and Water Refill programs.
At the core of Primo Brands’ operation are more than 11,000 associates who embody the company’s mission of delivering healthy hydration wherever, however, and whenever consumers desire it. The company is deeply committed to nurturing a culture of respect and inclusivity, valuing the contributions of its workforce. It also emphasizes environmental responsibility through sustainability efforts focused on packaging and water source preservation to protect future generations. Primo Brands holds itself to high standards not only in product quality but also in fostering a diverse and welcoming workplace environment. As an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity employer, Primo Brands ensures that all individuals, regardless of race, religion, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status, or other legally protected characteristics, are given fair consideration. The company also respects and supports employees with criminal histories in accordance with relevant laws.
The role offered is based in Portland, Oregon, with a schedule structured Monday through Friday, and the potential for Saturday shifts depending on business needs. Start times range between 5 am and 7 am and continue until the workload is completed. The position offers a starting pay of $61,776 without a commercial driver’s license (CDL) and $67,276 with a CDL, reflecting the value Primo Brands places on expertise and safety.
This position involves operating commercial vehicles safely and efficiently to manage a large and active customer route averaging over 50 stops daily. Using handheld application-based systems, employees will key transactions and manage customer data while balancing inventory and daily route activities. The role demands strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to handle equipment and products safely. Representatives are expected to fulfill service calls, resolve customer issues, protect company assets, and identify opportunities for customer acquisition and upselling. Basic computer and data entry skills are essential, and candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English to deliver exceptional service and foster robust customer relationships. Physical demands include the ability to lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 60 pounds and the capability to climb stairs.
Primo Brands also offers competitive benefits, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage alongside flexible spending and health savings accounts. Retirement plans with matching contributions, employee stock purchase opportunities, various insurance options, and other valuable employee benefits such as tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holidays, and employee discounts make this an attractive employment opportunity. Furthermore, programs like legal services, identity theft protection, and adoption reimbursement support employees beyond their day-to-day roles, fostering a comprehensive and supportive workplace environment.
