This Full-Time, Non-Management Maintenance Technician position at Sheraton in Pomona, California, offers a competitive hourly pay of $24.11, reflecting the importance of skilled maintenance in a premium hotel environment. The role involves performing planned preventive maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and meet the high standards expected at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Responsibilities include inspecting and treating mattresses, box springs, bed frames, carpet and upholstery stain removal, dusting, touching up paint and furniture, and ensuring all room accessories and appliances are fully functional. The technician will also perform minor miscellaneous repairs such as adjusting loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in the walls. General cleaning duties include maintaining cleanliness of bathtubs, tiles, floors, walls, windows, and mirrors.
