Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience preferred
- Detail oriented
- Ability to communicate well with all levels within and outside the organization
- Ability to problem-solve with team members and guests
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bi-lingual ability preferred
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 75 pounds regularly
- Significant bending required

Job Duties
- Accountable for guest satisfaction by leading the housekeeping team
- Assign, inspect, and record housekeeping actions in all areas of the hotel
- Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests with courtesy and focus on service recovery
- Work alongside staff to train and model appropriate guest service standards
- Develop and implement service programs to increase guest satisfaction
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain safety and housekeeping standards
- Maintain up-to-date Material Safety Data Sheets and ensure proper chemical handling
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Direct staff performance and take corrective action when necessary
- Motivate staff by setting goals, providing feedback, and recognizing achievements
- Assist with coaching, development, and training record maintenance
- Analyze quality issues and implement training solutions
- Promote a collaborative and professional work environment
- Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings for communication and planning
- Advise and implement changes to operations to meet productivity standards
- Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures
- Manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills
