Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management
  • minimum 4 years management experience in rooms division of a full service hotel
  • prior experience managing front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services
  • knowledge of employment and innkeeper laws
  • cash handling experience
  • effective public and team communication skills
  • strong time management and negotiation skills
  • ability to lead multiple departments independently
  • fluency in English

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or 4 years department management experience in a full service hotel in rooms division
  • prior rooms division experience required
  • strong communication skills
  • college level reasoning, math, and language skills
  • ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • oversee operations of rooms division including front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services
  • lead and manage each department independently
  • ensure compliance with employment and innkeeper laws
  • maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • manage cash handling operations
  • implement time management and negotiation strategies
  • foster a positive and collaborative work environment
