Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management
- minimum 4 years management experience in rooms division of a full service hotel
- prior experience managing front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services
- knowledge of employment and innkeeper laws
- cash handling experience
- effective public and team communication skills
- strong time management and negotiation skills
- ability to lead multiple departments independently
- fluency in English
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or 4 years department management experience in a full service hotel in rooms division
- prior rooms division experience required
- strong communication skills
- college level reasoning, math, and language skills
- ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- leadership and team management skills
Job Duties
- oversee operations of rooms division including front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services
- lead and manage each department independently
- ensure compliance with employment and innkeeper laws
- maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- manage cash handling operations
