Hilton, the parent company, is committed to the wellbeing of its team members, offering unmatched perks and benefits designed to support both personal and professional growth. Some of these benefits include exclusive travel discounts, stock purchase opportunities, paid parental leave, mental health resources, generous paid time off, and comprehensive health and welfare plans. Hilton's workplace culture has consistently earned acclaim on prestigious platforms such as the World’s Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune, reflecting its dedication to creating an excellent working environment.
