Within this exciting context, Travel + Leisure Co. is now hiring for the position of Rooms Controller at Club Wyndham Kingsgate Resort in Williamsburg, VA. This role is fundamental to ensuring the smooth operation of the resort’s guest room inventory management. The Rooms Controller will serve as a vital link between various departments including Guest Services, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Reservations to coordinate the status and allocation of guest rooms effectively. Responsibilities include organizing room moves, managing maximum occupancy days, and overseeing upgrades to maintain the high standards expected by both the company and its guests. Moreover, the Rooms Controller will uphold and consistently adhere to safety protocols, including those prescribed by OSHA and the Global Harmonized System (GHS) regulations, ensuring that the workplace remains safe for all employees.
