Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience in a concierge role in a resort role or similar
  • high school diploma
  • basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • valid driver’s license
  • flexible with varying work hours based on business demands

  • preferred experience with Opera Cloud property management system

Job Duties

  • Perform concierge duties in accordance with training outlines
  • assist with dining reservations
  • knowledgeable in the hotel and guest room facilities/services
  • answering phone calls and assisting walk-up concierge related inquiries
  • reach out to guests prior to arrival to help setup reservations at dining facilities, spa, golf, wellness, tennis and outside third-party businesses
  • assist with compiling itineraries for guest arrival
  • greet guests upon arrival and serve as point of contact before, during and after visit
  • assist with front desk, front office duties, valet duties, PBX incoming calls and resort reservations
  • assist with VIP program ensuring amenities are routed appropriately on requested day and time
  • assist departments with any needs in daily operations
  • manage multiple projects at once
  • maintain detailed record keeping to ensure request accuracy for current and future visits
  • problem solve and overcome obstacles to reach solutions
  • maintain supply of informational brochures, flyers and maps
  • cultivate relationships with local businesses and third-party providers to secure reservations
  • assist with booking Garden of the Gods Resort Outfitters
  • maintain current knowledge of events, points of interest and services in the area
  • establish consistent cross-departmental communication channels
  • greet every guest, member and team member with "I Am Proud" standards
