Job Duties

  • Set up orders and deliver to rooms within approximately 20-30 minutes
  • Develop a complete knowledge of menus, dish and glassware service, and utilize that knowledge in the service of guests as needed
  • Follow proper tray set up for all orders, including silverware, napkins, appropriate condiments, beverages, any special requests, etc.
  • Check complete food order to ensure all have been set on tray for delivery
  • Develop a complete knowledge of service standards for beer, liquor and wine, complying with alcohol awareness procedures and complying with all applicable laws
  • Promptly return check and payment to cashier
  • call back to guest after 5-10 minutes to see if meal is satisfactory
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintaining positive guest relations at all times
