The role of Temporary Full Time Room Service Server at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is pivotal in delivering memorable in-room dining experiences that meet and exceed guest expectations. Reporting directly to the In-Room Dining Manager, the Room Service Server is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders, while maintaining an exceptional standard of guest service. This position requires a combination of independence, discipline, and a collaborative spirit to seamlessly support the department's operations, especially during overnight shifts.

As a Room Service Server, you will be the face of hospitality within the guest rooms, providing detailed menu knowledge that enhances the guest dining experience. You will also manage all aspects of tray service, from preparation and set-up to clearing trays and maintaining outstanding cleanliness and organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for service, attention to detail, and an ability to anticipate and respond sensitively to guest needs. This role demands effective communication skills and the ability to work diligently to complete assigned tasks, ensuring the smooth transition between overnight and daytime operations.

This position offers a competitive pay rate of $16.25 per hour and is scheduled for 5 days per week, 40 hours total. Although this is a temporary full-time assignment initially lasting 3 months, there is potential for extension based on the resort's operational needs.
