We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Experts for the overnight shift to join our Food and Beverage & Culinary department. This is a full-time, non-management position that requires individuals committed to exceeding guest expectations while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and safety. This role is essential in ensuring that guests receive an experience that remains unique and memorable beyond just serving food and beverages.

The Guest Service Expert will take initiative in delivering a comprehensive range of services designed to enhance the guest experience. Responsibilities go beyond typical food service duties; from preparing tables, communicating effectively with the kitchen team, engaging with guests, to ensuring cleanliness in work and storage areas. Team members are expected to integrate excellent customer interactions seamlessly into their daily tasks to create a welcoming and professional environment.

The position demands physical stamina as it involves long periods of standing, sitting, walking on uneven or slippery surfaces, and performing tasks such as lifting, carrying, and pushing objects under 50 pounds without assistance.
