Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in hotel or related hospitality field
- Effective communication skills with guests and coworkers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Willingness to attend required hotel meetings and trainings
- Maintain regular attendance according to scheduling needs
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Comply with hotel standards and regulations
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Capability to work with point-of-sale systems and perform cashiering functions
- Ability to cross-train and assist with other hotel duties as needed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Friendly and service-oriented attitude
- Must show initiative and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Receive room service orders and deliver items to guestrooms in an attentive and courteous manner
- Prepare station by stocking china, glassware, linen, coffee pots, napkins and ensure cleanliness
- Set-up and deliver VIP amenities
- Utilize point-of-sale system to process orders
- Perform cleaning and sanitation duties including breakdown of soiled dishes and floor sweeps
- Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Handle guest complaints and ensure overall guest satisfaction
